Following on from our Christmas fermentation workshop we are running another session on fermentation, this time focused on spring produce and lighter, zestier flavours!
We will be exploring two different fermentation techniques and you will learn how to make a spicy kimchi and a lacto-fermented pesto made from foraged leaves. We will challenge you to collect some wild leaves from your local area (full instructions will be provided). Foraged ingredients will include plants like dandelions, wild garlic and alexanders, all of which can be found growing in Torfaen!
Further information will be sent out a week before the event so please supply your email address when booking. Ingredients will be supplied if you are not able to collect your own.
