Embracing the true spirit of the season, we recently gathered for a Christmas pudding-making workshop in collaboration with Tasty Not Wasty. The workshop, held at Llanyrafon Church (Cwmbran) was dedicated to crafting delicious Christmas puddings for an upcoming event aimed at bringing joy to the homeless and those feeling lonely on Christmas day.
The workshop unfolded in a joyous atmosphere as participants, adorned with aprons and smiles, came together to create a culinary masterpiece.
The heart of the workshop was undoubtedly the hands-on experience of mixing, stirring, and sharing stories as we collectively crafted the Christmas puddings. From the rich aroma of mixed spices to the comforting sight of plump, fruit-laden mixtures, the air was filled with the anticipation of creating something special for the community.
